Tui Citrus Food

Tui Citrus Food is a special blend of nutrients formulated to protect and enhance the growth of citrus trees. This group of plants are heavy feeders and perform best when a specialty fertiliser is applied regularly.

 

The high magnesium content promotes healthy plant growth. Magnesium is very important for the development of chlorophyll in leaves. This formulation also contains potassium to aid fruit and flower production.

Directions for use

 

Prior to planting

 

1. Apply 150g (1/2 cup) per square metre of soil.

 

2. Work into soil.

 

3. Water in well.

 

 

 

Side dressing established citrus trees

 

1. Side dress around the tree dripline at a rate of 300g (1 cup) per square metre.

 

2. Water in well.

 

Not suitable for use in containers or pots. Use Tui Novatec Premium.

A tree dripline is the area directly located under the outer circumference of the tree branches. This is where fertiliser and water should be applied to avoid fertiliser burn or root rot.
