Choose Tui Playground Lawn Seed to produce a coarse textured lawn that will withstand wear and tear. The blend of coated fescue, browntop and ryegrass seed is sutiable for backyards, driveways and playgrounds.

Tui Playground Lawn Seed is coated with a fungicide and bird repellant to prevent insect and bird damage.  This mix of seeds is also treated with Saturaid wetting agent for even germination and water penetration.

Directions for use

PREPARE
Clear the area to be sown by spraying weeds and removing debris. Then produce a rm level seed bed by raking the soil and rolling to compact. Apply Tui Lawn Preparation Mix to a max depth of 50mm and lightly rake to level.

SOW
Sow seed evenly at a rate of 30g per square metre (coated seed). Sow rst in a north-south direction and then change to an east-west direction to ensure complete, even coverage. Water gently and keep damp until germination is complete.

MAINTAIN
When your lawn is established apply a fertiliser such as Tui Lawn Fertiliser with added iron for moss control every 4-5weeks. This will encourage lush, thick, green growth and control moss during cooler seasons. Your lawn will also benet from regular watering particularly in the drier months of summer.
