Hi, can you refer me to a guide to pruning my grape vine please?

We don't have a grape pruning guide, however prune back to four buds in the winter months, before the sap starts moving again in late winter. Summer pruning should involve only pinching out side shoots, two leaves on from the lower stem. That will stop further growth from competing with fruit.
